# Terms of Service

By using usedocs.app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

## Service

usedocs.app lets you train an AI support bot on documentation you provide and embed it on your website. Features
 and pricing may change; we will notify account holders of material changes.

## Your content

You retain ownership of documentation and data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that
 content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to use and index the materials
 you submit.

## Acceptable use

- Do not upload malware, illegal content, or material that infringes others’ rights.

- Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape the dashboard, or abuse the widget API.

- Configure allowed origins before embedding the widget in production.

## Availability & disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”. AI answers may be incorrect; you should review critical flows and maintain
 human escalation paths. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.

## Termination

You may delete your account at any time via the API documented in our
 [Privacy Policy](/privacy). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
