You can now hide an article or changelog entry without deleting it, and bring it back to life whenever you’re ready. After editing a published piece, you no longer need to go through the review step – just save and publish again to see the changes live. Public pages also got a visual refresh: the “Powered by usedocs” badge stays, the approval line disappears, and the page now sits alongside the trending column for a tidier look.

Unpublish Articles & Changelog Entries

You can now remove an article or changelog entry from the public view with a single click. The content stays in your dashboard, so nothing is lost, and you’ll see a clear message confirming it’s hidden. When you’re ready, just hit Publish again to make it visible to your audience.

Edit‑then‑Publish Workflow

After you edit a published article or changelog entry, the system saves your changes as a draft and tells you “Changes saved. Publish again to refresh the live page.” This means you can make updates quickly and push them live in one step, skipping the extra in‑review cycle that used to be required.

Cleaner Public Page Layout

Public pages now have a more polished look. The “Powered by usedocs” badge remains, but the previous approval line has been removed, giving the page a cleaner appearance. Additionally, the trending section now sits next to the main content column, making it easier for readers to discover related updates.
