Getting started
- Sign in and open your dashboard.
- Add a knowledge source (docs URL, sitemap, or file upload).
- Wait for sync to finish, then test answers in Bot settings.
- Embed the widget on your site with the snippet from Bot settings → Embed.
- Publish help articles here so visitors can browse and search docs.
