Get started

Sign in to usedocs.app, connect a docs site or files, test cited answers, and embed the support widget. Free plan includes 100 messages and no credit card.

1. Sign in

Open /login and use Google, GitHub, or a magic link. usedocs.app does not use passwords and does not support SAML. See sign in.

2. Connect your docs

Crawl a docs site or sitemap, or import GitBook, OpenAPI, Notion, Markdown, PDF, or DOCX. The agent answers only from what you connect. It does not browse the open web for your product.

3. Test cited answers

Ask the questions support already hears. Inspect the source chips. Force a miss and confirm the bot refuses instead of inventing an endpoint or a price. See citations and gaps.

4. Embed the widget

Paste one script tag from the dashboard. Visitors get cited chat and a header link to your published help center. See cited chat widget.
