By using usedocs.app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service
usedocs.app lets you train an AI support bot on documentation you provide and embed it on your website. Features and pricing may change; we will notify account holders of material changes.
Your content
You retain ownership of documentation and data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to use and index the materials you submit.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload malware, illegal content, or material that infringes others’ rights.
- Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape the dashboard, or abuse the widget API.
- Configure allowed origins before embedding the widget in production.
Availability & disclaimers
The service is provided “as is”. AI answers may be incorrect; you should review critical flows and maintain human escalation paths. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time via the API documented in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
