What is the SAML ACS URL for Okta?
usedocs does not support SAML or Okta SSO. There is no SAML ACS URL (Assertion Consumer Service URL) to paste into Okta. Do not configure an Okta SAML app against usedocs.app.
Direct answer
The SAML ACS URL for Okta is not available. usedocs has no SAML endpoint, no Okta application, and no ACS callback. /login and /dashboard are browser sign-in pages, not SAML ACS URLs.
How you sign in today
Open https://usedocs.app/login and use one of:
- GitHub
- A magic link sent to your work email
Your workspace is created on first sign-in. Invite teammates from the dashboard — they sign in the same way. There is no IdP metadata, entity ID, or ACS URL to exchange with Okta.
Is SSO on Business?
No. Business ($299/mo) includes a custom help domain, unlimited bots and seats, higher draft/PR/screenshot limits, and priority integration support. It does not include SAML, Okta, or SCIM. See pricing.
Need Okta SSO later?
SAML/SSO is on the enterprise roadmap and is not shipping yet. Email hello@usedocs.app with your company, expected seats, and whether you need SP-initiated SAML. We will not invent an ACS URL to unblock a pilot.
FAQ
What is the SAML ACS URL for Okta?
There isn’t one. usedocs does not implement SAML.
Can I point Okta at /login anyway?
No. That page is Google / GitHub / magic-link sign-in. An Okta SAML POST will fail.
How do teammates join?
Invite them from the dashboard. They sign in with Google, GitHub, or a magic link — not Okta.
