Support question clusterer

Paste the questions customers ask and see them grouped by topic, largest first, each with a suggested help article title. It's your writing list.

Up to 150 questions or 12,000 characters, from your inbox, chat, or calls. Grouping a long list can take up to 30 seconds. Emails and phone numbers are removed before anything is sent to the model, and nothing is stored.

How to turn support questions into a writing list

Collect the real questions

Copy the first line of recent tickets, chats, and sales calls. Customers' own words matter: they're what people type into your help center search.

Group by the article that would answer them

Questions worded differently often need the same article. The clusterer groups them that way, so the biggest group is the article that would save the most replies.

Check before you write

Search your help center for each topic first. If an article exists, the fix may be a better title or a missing step rather than a new article.

FAQ

How many questions should I paste?

Fifty or more gives clear groups. Each run takes up to 150 questions or 12,000 characters.

Is customer data stored?

No. Questions are processed once and not stored, and emails and phone numbers are removed before anything is sent to the model. Remove names and account details too if your questions contain them.

What do I do with the Other group?

Questions that fit no group are often one offs. Answer them directly, and look again next month to see whether any have become a pattern.

Pasting questions works once. usedocs reads every question your assistant couldn't answer, ranks the gaps, and drafts the missing articles for you to approve.
