Free trial
Every new workspace gets 7 days of the Growth plan with no credit card: 2,000 AI conversations a month, drafts, integrations, and analytics. The dashboard shows how many days are left. We email you three days before it ends.
When the trial ends
If you have not chosen a plan, the workspace pauses. The widget tells visitors the assistant is paused and does not mention billing. Your sources, conversations, gaps, and drafts stay in your account. Choose a plan from the Billing page and answering resumes right away.
Plans
There is one plan, Growth, at $99 a month (20% less billed yearly): 2,000 AI conversations a month, 5 seats, 1 bot, unlimited AI edits and drafts (fair use), gap finding, a help center on your own domain, a private help center, white label, and 5 languages. Extra seats are $8 a month each and extra bots $29 a month each, added from Billing. Enterprise adds SSO (SAML), SCIM, and custom limits; contact us. See pricing.
There is no free plan and no fee per answer. An AI conversation is one visitor's chat; follow-up questions are free. Past the monthly limit, the widget answers with docs search until the next month.
Founding batches
The first paying customers get Growth, billed monthly, at a lower price for their first 12 months: $39 a month for the first 10, $59 for the next 20, and $79 for the next 30. After 12 months the price moves to the regular $99. The current batch is applied automatically at checkout, and the homepage shows how many spots are left, counted from paid subscriptions.
Billing and changes
Payments run through Dodo Payments. Upgrade from the Billing page in the dashboard. Change plans, update your card, download invoices, or cancel in the customer portal linked from the same page. A failed renewal keeps your plan for a 3 day grace period before the workspace pauses.
